The device is an automatic capacitor filling device.

Realize automatic vacuum suction of raw materials, automatic stirring, and heating vacuum to remove bubbles (umbrella shaped structure). The stirring tank is composed of a main agent tank and a hardening agent tank. The two raw materials are mixed using static mixing, and after mixing, it is automatically filled with glue under vacuum environment, and the filling method adopts single fixture and multi-point fixed-point filling. This device is a glue line connection device.

This equipment is a capacitor automatic inspection and selection device.

It consists of a structure for handling products to be tested, an inspection mechanism, and a data 

processing device. The product is manually mounted on the fixture, moved along with the work 

station, passed through the inspection mechanism of each work station, and inspected in sequence.

The product is judged to be good or bad according to the set contents of the inspection. The alarm is 

generated when the defective product is moved to the defective product exit station, and after the  

defective product is removed manually, the alarm is reset and the inspection continues to run.

Each inspection station can perform manual inspection independently.

The qualified products will be manually discharged at the qualified product discharging station.

This equipment is used to connect the capacitor products that come out of the curing oven. The products and trays are cooled to room temperature through air cooling, and the products on the trays are unloaded and transported to a 4 lead capacitor testing machine.

A specialized equipment for welding capacitor elements, which achieves automatic feeding, positioning, welding, flipping, welding, and jig reflow through jigs, cylinders, belts, etc. Suitable for automated assembly lines. The equipment needs to be manually installed with welding fixtures to the loading station, and the welding is completed with manual unloading.

The supplied material of the equipment can be connected to the winding machine or belt supplied material, and the six-axis robot is used to handle the product and 12 stations to be hot pressed at the same time, and each station presses an element separately to flatten and shape the element of the film capacitor, and can achieve traceability of element pressure, temperature and displacement; belt unloading.

The supplied material is a manually stacked spraying jig, which is manually placed on the loading platform and automatically hooked. The unloading and loading position are in the same place and manually picked up, reducing personnel movement to improve efficiency. The spraying adopts a 4+4 method, and the material utilization rate of the spraying is more than 10% higher than other types of spraying machines.
