This equipment is suitable for cleaning the arc surface of metallized film capacitor elements after spraying. The element is cleaned by spraying with glass sand and striking the arc surface of the element.

The discarded spray dust and glass sand that have been shot down are automatically de-dusted, separated, and recleaned through the cyclone separation device and dust removal equipment in the chamber; It is gentler than the traditional roller type and effectively protects the spray layer from impact. The equipment is manually loaded and discharged to a separate receiving tray, or the receiving method can be customized according to customer requirements.

The device is an automatic capacitor filling device.

Realize automatic vacuum suction of raw materials, automatic stirring, and heating vacuum to remove bubbles (umbrella shaped structure). The stirring tank is composed of a main agent tank and a hardening agent tank. This equipment is a capacitor automatic inspection and selection device.

It consists of a structure for handling products to be tested, an inspection mechanism, and a data 

processing device. The product is manually mounted on the fixture, moved along with the work 

station, passed through the inspection mechanism of each work station, and inspected in sequence.

The product is judged to be good or bad according to the set contents of the inspection. The alarm is 

generated when the defective product is moved to the defective product exit station, and after the  

defective product is removed manually, the alarm is reset and the inspection continues to run.

Each inspection station can perform manual inspection independently.

The qualified products will be manually discharged at the qualified product discharging station.

This device is a 4 lead capacitor automatic shaping and gluing device.

The equipment can be divided into feeding area, material handling area, resin hardening area, resin pre-curing area, resin hardening material loading and cooling area, discharge area. The temperature and cycle time in the oven can be set, and can be used as a universal equipment. This device is a glue line device, and the heating time can also be customized according to customer needs.

This equipment is used to connect the capacitor products that come out of the curing furnace. The products and trays are cooled to room temperature through air cooling, and the products on the trays are unloaded and transported to a 4 lead capacitor testing machine.

Suitable for metallized film capacitor element spraying, it can be sprayed with zinc, zinc tin alloy, or zinc aluminum alloy. The supplied material is a manually stacked spraying jig, which is manually placed on the loading platform and automatically hooked. The unloading and loading position are in the same place and manually picked up, reducing personnel movement to improve efficiency. The spraying adopts a 4+4 method, and the material utilization rate of the spraying is more than 10% higher than other types of spraying machines.

It is used for preheating in-case capacitors before glue injection of capacitors. The electric heating tube is the heat source, the blower realizes the internal circulation of the hot air, and realizes automatic feeding and discharging through jigs, cylinders, chains, etc. This equipment is a glue line equipment, and the heating time can also be customized according to customer needs.
