8-gun gold spraying machine

Suitable for spraying gold on the core of metallized thin film capacitors, it can be sprayed with zinc, zinc tin alloy, or zinc aluminum alloy. The incoming material is a manually stacked spray metal fixture, which is manually placed on the loading platform and automatically hooked. The discharge and loading are in the same position and manually picked up, reducing personnel movement and improving efficiency. The spray metal adopts a 4+4 method, and the material utilization rate of the spray gold wire is more than 10% higher than other types of spray metal machines.

Sandblasting machine

This equipment is suitable for cleaning the circular surface of metallized thin film capacitor cores after spraying. It uses glass sand to spray and impact the circular surface of the cores, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the cores.

Linear empowerment machine

This equipment is used for empowering and selecting the cores of metallized thin film capacitors. The cores are supplied to the testing fixture of the host machine through the core feeding mechanism, and the cores clamped on the fixture move grid by grid with electrical connections configured by each testing department to complete various inspection items. Determine whether the core is good or not through inspection, classify and eliminate defective products, and organize the good products into the core cutting belt by the transfer mechanism. The equipment needs to be manually arranged to a dedicated rubber frame for loading and unloading, and the loading and unloading methods can also be customized according to customer needs.

The stirring tank is composed of a main agent tank and a hardening agent tank. The two raw materials are mixed using static mixing, and after mixing, the glue is automatically poured in a vacuum environment.
